Daniel O’Connell is an associate attorney at Strokovsky LLC, where he represents individuals and families in medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury litigation. He works on complex cases involving serious injuries, wrongful death, and medical negligence, helping prepare matters for resolution through settlement or trial.

In addition to litigating cases, Dan works closely with prospective clients during the intake process, helping individuals and families understand their legal options and guiding them through the early stages of what is often one of the most difficult experiences of their lives.

Dan earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School and has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania since 2019.

Outside the office, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, their two sons and dog, Kenobi.
